Christmas Morning!!!

We had a wonderful Christmas morning watching our babies enjoy their new gifts. Ava really wanted a bike and Santa was so nice to get her the cutest retro radio flyer tricycle. As you can see in the pictures we had a little trouble getting Uncle Jimmy and Uncle Joey up. But once we did we enjoyed some Mickey Mouse pancakes and a few sessions of Beatles Rock Band...

Disneyland... Again.

It seems like we go to Disneyland at least twice a month. Dont get me wrong, I love going. Ava enjoys it so much, so I get a thrill watching her there. I just realized that we dont take enough pictures there though. The only one I had from our last trip is this one of Ava and her cousin Dylan sitting down to eat lunch.

Halloween 2009!

As you can see, Ava was Minnie Mouse and Charlie was Mickey Mouse. We had such a fun night. My mom and dad came over and had dinner with us before we all headed out for CANDY!!! Ava didn't take very long to catch on. By the third house she was saying "tick-a-teet" and grabbing as much candy as her little hand could hold. After a while, we headed home to pass out candy. Who knew she would love that just as much! Every time the doorbell rang, she would get so excited and ran full speed to the front door. At the end of the night, Jeff and I had decided that this could quite possibly be the best day of her little life....so far.

Our Wild Night...

At 10:30 the other night I was peacefully asleep in bed when Jeff and I heard a loud explosion outside. I sat up right away and said to Jeff "What was that?" He looked outside and said, "Oh S***! The neighbors car is on fire!" He ran downstairs so fast and I called 911. The neighbors car was parked at the edge of their driveway, putting the car only about 10 feet from our house. I hung up with the fire dept. after about 30 sec. and ran downstairs. The car was fully engulfed in flames. I have never seen a fire like that up close. Luckily for our neighbors, they had a fireman living in the next house. Jeff was so awesome! I was loving watching him in action. He had the fire completely out before the fire dept. even got there. He is such a hero!!!

Ava got in her Cozy Coupe today and just thought she would take a ride. Jeff and I were working on the yard and the garage when she came over, keys in hand, and confidently said, "Bye-Bye." I had to run in and get the camera because it was so dang cute!
